1) Oracle Lead Exp 5 Yrs to 12 Yrs-Work Location:Chennai/Bangalore.
Required Skills :
Skillsets: Strong Business Intelligence package skills in one or more
of the following - Oracle BI including Hyperion and Siebel Analytics,
SAP-BW, SAS-BI
Location: Based out of Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: Specilaist level - 5 to 8 years relevant experience in
above-mentioned BI Packages
Role: To develop competency in one or more of the above-mentioned BI
packages; Lead a youthful team towards creating a center of excellence
to drive project delivery; Involvement in Pre-Sales activity and
should be flexible to travel across locations Job Description

* Ability to relate business processes to package solutions and model
business processes in more than one area to a package
* Strong understanding of processes in atleast one specific industry
vertical - Banking, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare and/or
horizontal area like Finance, Production, Sales, etc
* Demonstrates strong understanding about stages involved in package
implementation life cycle and be able to define scope and deliverables
in different stages of implementation
* Excellent understanding of possibilities and limitations of a
package and ability to map requirements to the out-of the box
functionality.
* Understands & comprehends design/technical solution of complete
module/system and has excellent trouble shooting capabilities
* Displays strong analytical abilities and provides Thought leadership
* A strong team player, who can groom, mentor and inspire the team members
* Excellent business communication and articulation skills and display
strong traits of imaginativeness, out of box thinking during
interactions with team members/clients
* Strong customer orientation, who can understand their language and
can take responsibility of pre-sales including driving proposal
related activities
