1. FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTS- GRC
A.. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Qualified Chartered Accountants having passed in first attempt. If
they possess ACS/ CIA qualification additionally, it is desirable.
• Post Qualification Experience – 2-3 years with medium to large
enterprises in one or more of the following areas –Viz:
Internal audit, Management audit, Management consulting, Risk
consulting, ERP implementation, Business Process Re- engineering,
Information Systems Audit, Designing & documenting Standard Operating
Procedures etc
• Pre Qualification Experience(during Articleship period) – 3 years of
experience in one of the Big 4 companies or in any other large audit
firm in India such as Brahmayya & Co, R.G.N.Price & Co, Sreedhar &
Santhanam, Sundaram & Srinivasan etc. in the following areas:
Conducting Risk based internal audits for large Corporates
Conducting Risk based IS Audits for large Corporates
Preparation of Standard operating Procedures for Clients
Conducting Process Reviews for large clients
Carrying out Concurrent/Statutory Audit for large Banks
• Good Process knowledge in atleast one industry vertical
• Good Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of MS-office
• Basic awareness of Frameworks like COBIT, COSO, ITIL
• Basic awareness of Standards like ISO:9001, ISO:27001,
ISO:14001
• Basic awareness of various international/national regulations like
SOX, SAS 70, Basel II, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines, Clause 49
-SEBI etc.
B. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Additional Information Security & Audit related qualifications
such as CISA/ISA
• Working knowledge of Audit tools such as ACL/IDEA
• Working knowledge of Visio for Process mapping
• Working knowledge of MS-Project
