Analyst / Sr Analyst / Specialist - Reporting

Immediate Opening with one of the MNCs in Chennai for the position of
Analyst/Sr Analyst/Specialist -Reporting

Job Description:
1) Review and Provide aging reports to various segments of Flextronics
2) Interface with collection analysts at sites or SSC's to obtain
information on past dues
3)Consolidate the Global aging reports and provide inputs to the management
4)Providing any other reports in accordance with management requirements
5)Review site AR input to OutlookSoft (OS) to verify accuracy and ask
questions about data
6)Run various reports in OS and download to Excel for analysis

Candidate Profile:
1)2-5 years experience in Reporting in Accounting (AR, AP, Credit)
department in a BPO.
2)Strong PC skills including both Access and Excel, and experience
with other Microsoft
Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
3) Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent
organizational skills & the ability to handle multiple tasks.
4)Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the
ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both
internal and external customers required.
5)Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and financial analysis skills.
6)Basic understanding of the importance of process oriented & metrics driven
operations/functions with the ability to read & analyze simple process
maps & flow
diagrams.
