Educational Qualification:- BE / MCA / CA / ICWA
Experience:- 2 to 5 yrs
Job Location :- Mumbai
Job Description :-
> Maintain & assist in development of existing Hyperion Essbase / Planning applications.
> Write & fix various Calculation Scripts.
> Enhance & support web based data entry forms within the Hyperion Planning application.
> Perform Essbase outline changes and create reports as required.
> Responsible for all problem resolution, incident closure & reporting.
> Provide issue trend tracking & analysis & makes recommendations for improvement.
> Utilize query tools to analyze and reconcile data and to produce adhoc reports.
> Provides management reporting to all levels of staff and senior management.
> Rotational on-call responsibility to support a worldwide service level agreement.
> Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
> Consumer packaged goods industry knowledge at a minimum, Home Entertainment experience ideal.
> Proficient production support troubleshooting skills.
> Ability to write technical specifications, program, test, and manage the transition of modifications through the quality assurance and change control process
