Position: Unix System Administrator

Skills:
Qualification - BE /BSc or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Electronics

Essential Skills - Administration skills on HPUX/Solaris/AIX Unix and
Redhat Linux environments. Experience/Knowledge in Debian Linux
environment will be an added advantage.
Experience - Atleast 4 years of experience in HPUX/Solaris/AIX
Operating Systems. Atleast 4 years of experience with Redhat Linux
will be preferred.

Installation and configuration of HPUX, Solaris, AIX operating systems.
with skills in managing clusters, virtualized environments.
Troubleshooting, Tuning and Optimisation of high end servers and
storages for performance testing.
LVM management.
Ignite-UX administration on HP Servers.
Configuring the servers as per the internal standard of the project environment
Managing clone backup/restoration on HP Servers.
Managing and supporting the calls raised through online support-call
system and meeting the SLAs defined.
Ability to communicate effectively with the project stake holders.
