Qualifications:
Education: MBA with Finance as a major/ specialization
Work Experience:
5 - 7 years of total work experience:
• In a Bank Treasury, under Front/ Mid/ Back Offices; OR
• In a Business Analysis role for the Bank Treasury domain, with
exposure to various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle; OR
• A combination of both
Having worked in Bullion trading, and an international exposure will
be a definite advantage
Daily/Peripheral Duties:
Interact with prospects & clients in bank treasuries worldwide.
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
§ Extensive interaction with organizations to understand and analyze
business processes
o Map business processes to software functionality
o Translate functionality gaps into design documents
§ Review functional design documents for feasibility & compliance to
product architecture & roadmap
§ Documentation & Training
o Prepare training documents and other product literature
o Train internal personnel on business domain
o Assist in designing Test Cases for QA testing
§ Support sales efforts through preparation of demos; suggesting
solutions (workarounds or otherwise) for any gaps identified
§ Remain abreast of regulatory & compliance requirements in India for
Banking Treasury & Precious metals trading
§ Develop expertise in all software requirements for Precious Metals
trading markets globally
§ Develop functional and architecture expertise in Triple Point products
§ Opportunity to develop Industry Solutions team in India offices
Skill Requirements:
Should have definitive experience and knowledge of:
§ FX & Bullion markets – P&L, Gap Management, Marking-to-Market,
Marginig, Credit, etc.
§ Exposure to various trade instruments (Spots, Forward, Futures, Options, etc.)
§ Basic understanding of Accounting Principles
Profile:
§ Excellent communication & inter-personnel skills,
§ Ability to understand and articulate business processes.
§ Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
§ Aptitude for technology & software
§ Ability to work well in team environment and on individual task assignments
