Consultant – Chennai with our client A MNC and CMMI Level 3 Company.

POSITIION 1 : - PEOPLESOFT HRMS – Functional Consultant

SKILLS REQUIRED

Should have good Functional skills in PeopleSoft – HRMS 8.8/8.9 in the
following areas:
 Workforce Administration
 Performance Management
 Recruit Workforce
 Self Service
 Enterprise Learning
 Global / NA Payroll

EXPERIENCE LEVEL (3+ yrs)

 2 to 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS

DESIRED

 Preference woiuld be given to candidates having at least one/two
PeopleSoft Implementation and deployment experience in the above
modules.

NON-TECHNICAL

Good verbal and communication skills, having problem solving and
learning attitude.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

They will interface with PeopleSoft business users, managers and
technical staff to gather and clarify desired PeopleSoft
modifications, Creating Fit-Gap document and functional designs for
Gaps. Provide end-user training and involve in System and UAT testing.

Qualification Graduate ( preferable Computer Science , BE)

POSITIION 2 : - PEOPLESOFT HRMS – Technical consultant /Developer

SKILLS REQUIRED

Should have good Development skills in PeopleSoft – HRMS in the following areas:

 PeopleTools
 Application Designer
 People Code
 SQR
 PS Query
 Workflow

EXPERIENCE LEVEL (4+ yrs)
 2 to 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS

DESIRED
 Preference would be given to candidates having at least one
PeopleSoft Implementation experience.

Non-Technical
 Good communication skills, having problem solving and learning attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

Will be responsible for developing PeopleSoft applications using tools
such as PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, PS Query, and
Workflows.

Qualification Graduate ( preferable Computer Science , BE)
