Accounting Analyst.
Designation: SPE 2 / SME 2
Process Brief:
The objective of this process to provide end-to-end Lease Property
Accounting Services including database maintenance, lease accounting,
reconciliations, reporting and analysis related to leased property.
Role Description:
The role would involve the following tasks:
· Transition end-to-end of Lease Accounting processes from Client locations
· Lease Database Maintenance
· CAM Reconciliations
· GL and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Reporting, Analysis & Research of Accounting entries.
Mandatory skills (please enter all mandatory skills customer will look for):
· Good Communications Skills
· Use of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
· Understanding of Leases
Understanding of Lease Management Systems.
Work Experience Profile / Yrs of Experience:
SPE – 6 to 30 months – Experience in processing and reviewing leases &
CAM Reconciliations
SME – 18 to 48 months - Experience in processing, handling and
overseeing Lease Accounting.
Required Qualification:
Any Graduate.
Work hours:
Monday to Friday – US CST.
Looking out join in Max of 15 days of time.
