PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the team for seamless daily delivery for customer deliverables.
Keeps track of volumes and quality of deliverables and reports at appropriate levels.
Proactively works to resolve the process related issues within the team.
Constantly monitors the performance of team members.
Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements.
Release the payment blocks
Communicate to the client and address any escalations
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Good written communication skills.
Good Excel spreadsheet and word skills.
Good Analytical skills.
Good oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Commerce Graduate with 4 to 7 years of experience
Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of work experience in General Ledger Accounting
Current passports essential for all applicants.
