Role : Windows Support Specialist - (Level 2/3
Experience : 5-9 YRS
Location : Chennai

Job Description:
L2 â€" Windows Profile
• Good working Knowledge in Windows OS â€" 2000, 2003, XP & Vista.
• Good working knowledge in Active directory/DNS/DHCP/MS-Exchange
• Good troubleshooting skills in all of the above
• Good knowledge in Networking
• Good working knowledge in any of the Desktop Management software (Like SCCM, SMS, LanDesk, Adventnet etc.)
• 3-5 Yrs experience
• Certifications like MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA (Any one Required)
• Knowledge in ITIL (Pref.)
• Should have prior experience of having resolved escalated cases (level 3)
• Performs analysis of problems by examining logs to fully understand, define, and investigate problems
• Reproduces the problem and determines the likely root cause and fix.
• Responsible for resolution of trouble tickets with in the prescribed time frames
• Responsible for documentation of the resolution and for closure of trouble tickets.
L3 â€" Windows Profile
• Domain expertise as mentioned above
• Expertise in creating Design documents for Active Directory, MS-Exchange, SMS/SCCM.
• Knowledge/Certification in ITIL (Pref.)
• 6-9 yrs experience
• Experience in managing a team of 5-15 members
