Designation : Team Lead
Financial Systems Control is responsible for the control, maintenance,
reporting and functional development with respect to the following key
financial systems:

• PeopleSoft Asset Management
• PeopleSoft General Ledger (v8.0)
• GLAD (bespoke Global journal/adjustment system)
• Essbase

In addition, FSC ensures that the above mentioned systems are
functioning in terms of processing, data population, data integrity
and performance as required for Financial Control, Product Control,
Corporate Services, IBD and Operations to complete their various
tasks. This culminates in the role FSC perform in supporting in the
region of approximately 1200 users globally.

The FSC Helpdesk team in Pune is a part of Global FSC team in Singapore.

The team"s main objectives as a Helpdesk function are to provide
services such as:
• Analyze reports breaks could be caused by suspense position, failure
in processing and breaks
• Receive inquiries from users with regard to functions in the systems
such as PeopleSoft, and GLAD
• Bridge of communication between PeopleSoft function teams
(Chatfield, reporting, PI & Security), and others support team in
relation to system failure, such as GLAD, ADAC, etc
