Details about the position:
Position: GAFA Senior Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Requisites:
- Years of Experience: 6-9 Years.
- Ready to work in night shift (5pm â€" 2 am)
- CA/CWA (If graduates then more experience required)
- Sound understanding of End to End GAFA process Flow
- SOX Knowledge and Clarity about control Narratives
- ERP (SAP / Oracle) Exposure
- High Energy, Drive to investigate, follow up and resolve open items
- Analytical Skills to determine logical flow of activities
- Inter personnel skill (Customer relationship)
- Scalability to People Management â€" Feedback giving skills,
Performance Management, 1:1s
- Sound Communication Skills
- Good Team Player.
Responsilities:
- Collaborate with Client’s leadership and ensure adherence of TAT on SLAs
- Enable end user training during the transition of GAFA process to India
- Understand the process of GAFA from customer and develop to be a
subject matter expert
- Create the necessary documents like SOPs and other end user training materials
- Enable end user training during the transition of GAFA process to India
- Post transition manage the day to day activities of the GAFA process team
- Handle a team of 15 people from a day to day activity perspective
- Should manage the ops reviews independently (internal/External)
