Job description
Logica are expecting to take over a managed service comprising of a
Customer Management Centre, Service desk, Billing engine (Geneva), CRM
(RightNow) based on an ODIS infrastructure..
A team is required to take over 24x7 support of the existing platform
and then continue with the support onto the new ODIS platform and
thence the new applications.
The initial assignment will be in Belfast, where you will take part in
a knowledge transfer exercise to understand the existing applications
in order to provide support.
When all of the applications have been migrated onto the ODIS
infrastructure, the team will be relocated offshore and the support
service will continue until the end of the contract.
