Openings for Testing

This is with regards to an opening we have got for a CMM level company
for which the J.D is given below,please go through and kindly revert.

Tester One (Lead Category)
1. Computer science graduation or post graduation
2. Minimum of 8 years experience
3. Communication has to be exceedingly good
4. At least 6 years of working experience in tools (load runner and QTP)
5. Should be able understand and analyse requirements
6. Should be able to draft Test Scenarios out of requirements
7. Good leadership skills
8. Good reporting skills
