1. Relevant degree/qualification (B.E, B.Tech,, MCA, MBA)
2. Mature and Strong personality is very important.

4. Good knowledge & practical exposure to Business Analysis techniques

4. Documentation (Requirement Specification, Functional Specification etc.)
5. Structured System Analysis and Design (Data Flow Diagram, System
Flowchart etc.)
6. Communication: Must be able to explain the understanding about the
requirements to the Customers/ Business-Users through appropriate
methods tools (Presentation, Documents etc.)

1. Location/Travel: BA is primarily based at Espire offices, providing
BA skills and (eventually) product knowledge to the development and
testing teams there. Current expectations regarding UK travel is:

3. Further (on need basis) the BA may be required to visit UK for
shorter duration (4-6) 2-3 times in a year.
DESIRABLE/PREFFERED
2. Good exposure to Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
1. Candidate who has experience of identifying and implementing
changes to an existing complex product in a structured release cycle.
2. This approach can require different disciplines in a BA, as opposed
to the gathering of requirements and the development of new software.
3. Good exposure to Testing in terms of Test Planning, System Test
Case Preparation, Testing & Reporting.
4. Capable of analyzing the customer reported errors/bugs/issues in
the software application? Able to identify the root cause of the error
and help development team in resolving the same.
5. Good exposure to Software Change Management Process
NICE TO HAVE
6. Exposure to Logistic, Automotive, Fleet Management domain will be preferred.
7. Basic Oracle knowledge would be OK. The ability to use SQL to look
at the content and structure of database is important, even if the
knowledge came from other RDBMS.
